All jewellery will need a clean from time to time.
Whilst basic cleaning can be done at home, it is recommended you have your piece professionally cleaned and serviced ever 12 months. (SAJ is not responsible for how you wear your jewellery. Scratches and knocks are part of normal signs of everyday wear)

Avoid wearing your jewellery in chlorinated water or coming in contact with chemicals.
It is not recommended wearing jewellery whilst working out, gardening or cleaning Avoid spraying perfume, hairspray and makeup on pearls and gemstones

White gold and some silver jewellery is rhodium plated to enhance its appearance. This rhodium plating can wear off over time due to normal wear and tear. This can be reapplied during your annual clean and inspection for an additional small cost.

STERLING SILVER DOES TARNISH, especially if not worn or stored away for months. Tarnish colours can be a golden colour or black. It is caused by oxidization and moisture. The tarnish can be cleaned and removed very simply with a polishing cloth or silver cleaner.
